About the game
Get ready to board the ship Tranquility and set sail for paradise! In Tranquility, you and your friends (or just yourself, if you prefer!) have the cooperative mission to fill the sea with numbered islands, guiding the ship back home. The challenge? All of this must be done in complete silence! Each player has a hand of cards and, on their turn, can play one card or discard two. The goal is to build an ascending grid of numbers, from the bottom left to the top right, before anyone runs out of options. If you play a card adjacent to another already in the sequence, you must discard cards from your hand equal to the numerical difference. It sounds simple, but zero communication makes every decision tense and crucial. If everyone manages to complete the grid with the Start and Finish cards, victory is for all! But beware, if a player can no longer legally play or discard any cards, defeat is collective. With quick 15-20 minute games and light complexity (weight of 1.35), Tranquility is perfect for those who enjoy cooperative games with a puzzle-like feel and a dash of mental challenge, ideal for unwinding or testing group synergy without needing much chatter.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the main objective of Tranquility?
The objective is to fill a grid with numbered cards in ascending order, guiding the ship home, all without verbal communication, before any player runs out of cards to play.
How many players can participate?
Tranquility can be played by 1 to 5 players. It works well in both solo and group modes.
How long does a game take?
Games are quite fast, typically lasting between 15 and 20 minutes.
Is the game difficult to learn?
No, the rules are quite simple and the game's weight is considered light (1.35/5), making it accessible to most players.
What is the main challenge of the game?
The biggest challenge is the communication restriction. You need to 'guess' what other players have in hand and what their intentions are without being able to say anything.
Is it a game for strategy or luck enthusiasts?
It's a mix of both. There's strategy in managing your hand and placing cards, but the order in which cards arrive and reading other players also influence the game significantly.
Is it worth playing with family?
Absolutely! Being cooperative, fast, and having simple rules, it's a great choice for playing with family, especially if everyone is up for the silence challenge.
