But a commander doesn't live by movement alone. You'll also have a hand of tarot cards, each with a special power. Use these cards in conjunction with those you control on the board to create surprising plays. Intelligence and cunning will be your greatest weapons. Whoever manages to dominate the most valuable set of cards by the end of the game is declared the winner.
