Get ready for a hair-raising adventure in the Old West, but it's not the cowboys and Indians kind you know! In Zombicide: Undead or Alive, the zombie epidemic has invaded the dusty prairies and towns, transforming an already dangerous place into a true hell. Forget cattle rustling and sunset duels; now, the biggest threat is the undead rising from their graves to hunt the living. This is the Zombicide you love, but with a cowboy hat and a revolver in hand!
In this cooperative game for 1 to 6 players, you and your friends take on the role of unique Survivors, each with their own abilities and playstyles. We have the Gunslinger, who never misses a shot; the Brawler, who solves everything with brute force; the Townsfolk, who knows how to navigate the cities; and the Faithful, who has unwavering faith (and perhaps a good staff). Together, you'll need to explore a modular map, which can include new elements like balconies for shooting from above and even a moving train, all while searching for weapons and equipment to face hordes of bloodthirsty zombies. The game is guided by scenarios and missions, forming an immersive campaign where your choices and dice rolls will determine if you become the hero of the West or just another zombie snack. Character progression and variable player powers ensure that each game is a unique and challenging experience. Do you have what it takes to survive this Wild West apocalypse?
