About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready for an unforgettable journey through the United States National Parks in '10 Days in the National Parks'! This game challenges you to plan the perfect ten-day trip, connecting scenic parks using various modes of transportation. The idea is simple, but strategy is everything: you need to organize your park and transportation cards into a logical ten-day sequence, forming a continuous route. Each player starts with a personal ten-slot board, representing the days of the trip. The game begins with everyone flipping and distributing initial tiles onto their boards. On each turn, you draw a new tile (either from one of three face-up piles or a face-down pile) and decide whether to use it to replace a tile already on your board. The replaced tile (or the unused one) is discarded onto one of the face-up piles. The goal is to be the first to have all ten days correctly connected. Connections are made in various ways: by foot, between neighboring parks; by motorhome, passing through a third park that borders both; or by airplane, between parks of the same color. With 76 park cards and 14 double-sided transportation cards, each game is a new adventure. Who will be the first to complete their route and become the master of the national parks?
