Aliens is a cooperative board game that throws you into the chaos of the 1986 classic film. You and your friends play as space marines trying to survive xenomorphs across three iconic scenarios: the Alien Hive, the Air Duct Chase, and Ripley's Epic Showdown with the Alien Queen. The game includes a massive 17x34-inch map, character cards, and counters packed with movie stills, fully immersing you in the tense atmosphere of the Aliens universe. Gameplay is fast and brutal — marines can die quickly if the team doesn’t work together, just like in the movie. There are even optional rules to crank up the terror, plus variants for wild 'what if' scenarios. And if you want to rewrite the entire film, the Aliens expansion lets you do just that!

How many players is best?
4-6 players ideal — the chaos shines with a mid-sized group, but it works solo or with up to 9!
Is it hard to learn?
Medium weight (BGG 2.2/5). Coop veterans will grasp it fast, but the tension is the real challenge.
Do I need to watch the movie?
Not required, but HIGHLY recommended — the fun is reliving iconic scenes. If you haven’t, it’s a must-watch!
Is there a Portuguese version?
No official one, but the game is language-light with illustrated cards — basic English works fine.
Is the expansion worth it?
If you LOVE the base game, yes! It adds scenarios and creative freedom, like a 'director’s cut'.
Actual playtime?
Scenario-dependent, but ~90 minutes on average — faithfully mirrors the film’s pacing with action spikes.
