Anachronism is a collectible combat game that invites you to an epic duel: pit history's greatest warriors against each other in battles to the death! Imagine Musashi facing Beowulf, or Julius Caesar against Genghis Khan – History (and the History Channel, which endorsed the game!) gets a fun twist here. Starting with a two-player kit featuring Musashi and Beowulf, the game quickly expanded its pantheon of legends. Now, you can build your deck with figures like Sun Tzu, Spartacus, Alexander the Great, and even Blackbeard, equipping them with weapons and armor from various eras. The cool thing is that, despite the temporal mix, the historical accuracy of the elements is a strong point, guaranteed by the History Channel's seal. The collection can be expanded with various booster packs, which initially focused on Greek, Japanese, Norse, and Roman heroes, but now cover other eras, including Richard the Lionheart. Although the standard format is one-on-one, there are variants and specific cards that allow for more than two players, adding even more layers of strategy and historical chaos.
