Animals from cold and warm climates need separate accommodations to stay comfortable. And there's more: weight! Loading too many animals on one side can unbalance the Ark, making for a long and wet journey. The game uses cards with various animal characteristics (size, diet, climate, special abilities) and action discs. On each turn, you can draft cards from an open display or the supply pile, and then use these cards to place animals in the correct stalls. Each placed animal is worth victory points, and the goal is to optimize placement to earn bonuses at the end.
