About the game
What you do in a play session
Battlecrest: Fellwoods Base Game is a two-player card-based tactical skirmish where each hero controls a six-card set including hero, health tracker, and action cards. The board, also made of six cards, creates a maze of trees, moss, and mist, and players move their units on a square grid, using cards to attack, defend, and manipulate the environment. Grid movement and hand management mechanics ensure each game is unique, with strategies ranging from decisive strikes to repositioning to regain power. Heroes Akhena and Mutiny bring variable powers that differentiate their tactics: Akhena uses ancestral spirits for defense and strength, while Mutiny relies on his mechanical RIG to control the field. The game is compact, with only 18 cards, and can be expanded to add more heroes, solo modes, and player variations. Battlecrest blends speed, precise positioning, and card choices, delivering an intense combat experience in just 20 minutes.
