About the game
What you do in a play session
Bermuda Triangle puts you in charge of a fleet of ships trying to profit by hauling cargo between ports scattered across the infamous Bermuda Triangle. Each game features a circular track linking the ports; you roll a die and choose which vessel to move toward the next destination. Every port offers a price that shifts after each delivery, so the strategy revolves around timing your arrival to sell at the highest value. Beyond the economic race, the game is packed with interaction: you can block routes, push opponents' ships back to their previous port, and even employ the mysterious cloud – a central plastic piece with magnets – to capture or destroy vessels that cross its path. The cloud moves each turn, swirling over the board and pulling any ship under its magnets, creating moments of suspense and “watch out for the storm”. The components are straightforward, yet the blend of route management, price negotiation, and the ever‑present cloud threat makes each play tense and full of twists. Designed for 2‑4 players, a round lasts about 30 minutes, allowing multiple games in one session. Its low weight (1.2/5) signals easy‑to‑learn rules, while strategic depth emerges from delivery timing and cloud manipulation. If you enjoy transport‑focused games with a dash of luck and plenty of player interaction, Bermuda Triangle offers a fun, thematic challenge.
