About the game
What you do in a play session
Deep Blue is that underwater adventure that blends strategy with a healthy dose of 'will this backfire?'. You're a captain hunting for the ocean's most legendary treasures, recruiting divers, sailors and archaeologists for your crew. The game revolves around building your deck of specialists, exploring shipwrecks and deciding how far to push your luck - because the deeper you go, the bigger the treasures... and the dangers. The push-your-luck mechanic is addictive: you can keep diving for more gold or play it safe with what you've got. There's a cool twist: sometimes it pays to follow another player's exploration to share the spoils (and risks). In 45 minutes, you'll go from hiring your crew at the harbor to the deep sea fighting over the best loot. It's simple enough for family play but with enough combo-building strategy to please gamers.
