What you do in a play session
Get ready for a tactical card duel where the balance of power shifts with every play in Duālis! This game is for two teams of two players who need to work together to emerge victorious. Although the rules are easy to grasp, the strategic depth will surprise you each game. Over thirteen trick-taking rounds, your duo must match the number of tricks won with the coins they collect. The twist is that when playing a card, you can grab and use a coin to change your card's color, perhaps even boosting your partner's play! But be careful not to get too carried away with the coins, as grabbing them too quickly can limit your team's options in the decisive rounds. Duālis explores the relationship between opposites: two teams, two suits with two trump colors, and how the balance between them affects everything. Can you and your partner destabilize the opponents and create harmony in this unstable world? The game also includes a variant for 3 or 4 players competing individually.
