In *Excelência*, you become a Pathfinder club counselor, guiding young members through a year of activities. The game includes 87 colorful cards, and your goal is to build the most efficient unit. Each player starts with a Captain and five cards in hand. On your turn, you can recruit new members, complete specialties (which grant points), or use special abilities. The catch? Each completed specialty earns a Class, but a Pathfinder can only earn one—so you’ll need to expand your team to rack up more. The game ends when someone completes two Classes or the draw pile runs out (once for 2–3 players, twice for 4–5). After that, there’s one final full round before scoring. Points come from specialties, Class cards, and Campori trump cards earned during the game. The highest score wins the Excellence Badge! If tied, the player with the most Classes wins; if still tied, the largest unit takes it. It’s a game of strategy, resource management, and a bit of luck—perfect for fans of thematic challenges and tight mechanics.
