Frogger – The Board Game brings the 1981 arcade classic to the tabletop, letting two players face off in a race of frogs that mixes strategy and luck. Each player commands an army of frogs, logs and vehicles, trying to get their amphibians from one side of the board to the other while hindering the opponent. The board is split into a road and a river, and the game unfolds over four rounds – two on each terrain – simulating two full crossings.

During a turn, the player receives Action Points that can be spent to move frogs forward, shift logs, or drive cars, creating blocks or even crushing the rival's frogs. Dice are rolled to determine how many Action Points are available and to resolve certain critical moves. Landing on spaces marked with flies grants extra victory points, adding a scoring race element.

The game is quick (about 10 minutes), with simple rules and colorful components that echo the pixelated arcade look. Being a two‑player‑only title, each match is a direct duel, perfect for those who enjoy fast, competitive play. While it captures the feel of the video game well, strategic depth is limited; the fun comes more from nostalgia and the tension of dodging cars and crocs than from deep tactical choices.
