Gin Rummy

Gin Rummy is that card game classic everyone's played at least once – even if they didn't know the name! Two players, a standard deck, and loads of strategy in forming card melds. Each turn, you draw a card (or pick up the last discard) and must choose what to discard. The goal? Create 'melds' – groups of three+ cards sharing suits or ranks. The magic happens when you 'knock', showing you've got few unmatched cards ('deadwood'). But watch out – opponents might 'undercut' you if their deadwood scores lower! Games continue until someone hits 100 points, with special bonuses for achieving 'Gin' (zero deadwood). All you need is a deck and a willing opponent – perfect for anywhere!
