About the game
In Karnag, you take on the role of a druid with the sacred mission to protect the human world from the invasion of dark creatures emerging from the underwater city of Ker-Ys. The game unfolds on a board representing a path around a glade, where threats advance relentlessly. Your task is to strategically position your three druids to intercept these threats, using energy and knowledge to cast spells and erect magical barriers.

Each round, creatures automatically advance, and new ones appear, increasing the pressure. You and your opponents, in reverse scoring order, choose actions from a set of tiles that change each round. These actions include moving your druids, placing magical stones to form energy beams, capturing creatures (which yields points and special abilities), advancing on knowledge tracks to enhance your capabilities, preparing magical potions, moving already placed stones, or acquiring power cards that grant unique advantages. Actions are executed in a queue, prioritizing major actions followed by minor ones, with specific rules to prevent repetitions and ensure game flow.

At the end of each round, aligned magical stones of the same color transform into menhirs, granting points and activating special end-game abilities. Additionally, the druids' influence in the Druid Council is evaluated, yielding more points and bonuses. The game concludes after a set number of rounds, and the final score is calculated based on the menhirs formed, power cards in hand, and crucially, whether the creatures' entry gate was sealed by menhirs or if captured creatures were sufficient to secure victory. Prepare for a tactical challenge where planning and adaptation are key to saving the world!
