In Kemet, you and your friends step into the shoes of Egyptian tribal leaders, wielding not only the brute force of your armies but also the mystical power of ancient gods to dominate the territory. The goal is to be the first to reach 8 or 10 victory points, which can be earned in various ways: winning epic battles, controlling sacred temples, developing powerful pyramids, making sacrifices to the gods, or mastering special magic.

The game unfolds in two dynamic phases: Day and Night. During the day, each player chooses and immediately performs one of nine available actions on their personal player mat. After everyone has taken five actions, night falls. This is when you collect Prayer Points from your temples, draw Divine Intervention cards, and determine the turn order for the next day.

As the game progresses, these Prayer Points are essential for acquiring powerful power tiles. Some of these tiles allow you to recruit incredible magical creatures into your troops. Besides giving your opponents a good scare, these creatures grant special abilities that can turn the tide of the game! Combat resolution is a spectacle in itself, carried out with cards from a limited six-card hand, which you can boost with bonuses. And to top it all off, the game comes packed with detailed miniatures that bring your armies and the supernatural creatures you summon to life.
