Each round, you roll dice to meet the requirements of citizen cards. You have up to three attempts to get the ideal combinations, using the re-rolling and locking dice mechanic, which adds a 'push your luck' twist to the gameplay. Some special cards can give you advantages, but watch out for 'scoundrels' and dragons that can disrupt your plans. The goal is to accumulate the most valuable citizens for your kingdom.
