About the game
What you do in a play session
In Knight Fall, dive into Thornmar Abbey, where an ancient order of holy knights guards a dimensional portal to the underworld. Peace has been shattered: the seal has weakened, and demons are emerging, determined to annihilate the elders who maintain the barrier and fully open the passage before dawn. Only these knights, imbued with divine power, can prevent the monster invasion.
This is an asymmetrical team game for 1 to 6 players. One group takes on the role of the brave knights, whose mission is to defend the elders and resist until sunrise. The other group controls the demonic forces, seeking to break the infernal seal before morning arrives. Each player chooses a unique character – be it a knight or a demon – with distinct special powers, such as the Flame Knight who engulfs enemies in fire or the Bone Crusher who summons skeletal minions.
The cards in your hand are versatile, allowing for multiple actions and strategies. Furthermore, the monastery is built with unique location tiles, ensuring a different layout every game. For those who enjoy a more immersive experience, Knight Fall offers a campaign mode for 1 or 2 players. In this mode, you explore a haunted valley through narratives, charting your own path through crumbling churches, sinister forests, and dark mountains, in a race against time to stop the demons before the final battle at Thornmar Abbey. Keep your knights alive, for each one who falls means fewer heroes for the final assault!
