Lisbon Market brings the hustle of modern bazaars to the tabletop, tasking each player with building the most profitable trade empire. You start by buying market stalls, paying cash to secure your foothold, then open restaurants or services beside those stalls. Each business boosts the flow of customers who, when they visit matching stalls, generate extra income for their owners. The board is assembled with tiles depicting streets, squares and commercial zones; where you place these tiles dictates the routes customers will take and which areas you dominate. Rounds move swiftly: an open drafting phase lets everyone see and pick stalls freely, followed by worker placement where different worker types are assigned to influence, production or cash collection spots. Victory points act as a resource, so you can spend them to open more businesses or upgrade existing ones. While the rules are easy to grasp, every choice – tile placement, worker type, stall purchase – carries deep tactical weight, delivering a fast‑paced yet strategically rich experience. Perfect for fans of tile‑placement, area control and economic management, all in under an hour.
