Monsters of Buzhou Mountain — Soundtrack

In Monsters of Buzhou Mountain, you and your friends take on the roles of chubby, clumsy monsters trying to dominate Broken Pillar City, a chaotic place at the foot of Buzhou Mountain. Each round, you draw a card and place it on the board in one of two ways: placing it next to another card and deploying a meeple, or stacking it and moving all meeples upward. When monsters from different players occupy the same card, a showdown occurs: both secretly bid energy tokens, roll dice, and the loser removes a meeple. The game ends when Gonggong’s Wrath tower collapses—and no one knows exactly when that will happen, keeping tension high until the very end. You can also spend energy to reveal Fissure Cards, unlocking an underground layer with hidden advantages. Plus, surprise mini-games scattered throughout the deck, like pulling mushrooms or blowing wind, make each session unique and full of laughter. The goal? When the tower falls, the player with the most monsters on the board and the highest total value of occupied cards is crowned Monster King of Broken Pillar City.
