About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready to Morph! In Power Rangers: Heroes of the Grid, you and your friends take on the roles of the iconic heroes to defend Angel Grove from the terrible Rita Repulsa and her army of monsters. Each player chooses a Ranger, each with their own deck of unique abilities reflecting their fighting style and special powers – from the Red Ranger's precision to the Yellow Ranger's ferocity and the Blue Ranger's intellect. The objective is clear: protect four crucial city zones under constant attack. Each round, new threats emerge, and the Rangers must coordinate, manage their action points, and decide where to go to contain the chaos. Fighting minions is essential to remove figures from the board, but beware of the giant monsters, which bring even greater challenges and special attacks! Each Ranger's deck represents not only their abilities but also their health; playing cards and taking damage depletes their options. It's crucial to know when to retreat to the Command Center to rest and recharge, ensuring they are ready for the next battle. As enemies are defeated, the Rangers unlock Zord cards, unleashing incredible powers, culminating in the summoning of the mighty Megazord to face the final villain. Do you have what it takes to save the world?

This cooperative game brings the frenetic action from the screen to your table, featuring detailed miniatures, accessible mechanics, and a theme that appeals to both nostalgic fans and new players. Hand management and dice rolling add a touch of unpredictability, while the Rangers' variable powers ensure each game is a new adventure. The setup also changes, increasing replayability. It's an exciting experience that captures the essence of the series, requiring teamwork and strategy to overcome the challenges posed by Rita Repulsa and her minions.
