Power Struggle is a corporate-themed game that pits you in a race to secure four of the six available victory points. Rather than simulating real-world business, the game focuses on dominating influence and majority tracks by placing colored cubes in columns to show who’s in control. Each round kicks off with a directors’ meeting, where the company chairman changes and department heads are named based on who holds the majority in each column. Those heads receive salary bonuses and advantage cards that can be used to move cubes, buy shares, or cut costs. The communications card sets the order of event cards, which bring funny scenarios and shift the game’s state—from a broken office game table to canceled vacations—affecting employee satisfaction and your chances to earn points. During each event, players choose an action: hire, relocate cubes, use an advantage, or offer a bribe. Bribery is the most controversial mechanic: accepting a bribe gives you more power but also raises your corruption score, while refusing costs you a majority cube. The blend of area control, negotiation, and bribery creates a strategic game where careful manipulation of opportunities is key to victory. Humor lies in the event cards and the contrast between the corporate theme and the playful gameplay, making Power Struggle a title that satisfies both business‑game lovers and those looking for a lighter, competitive experience.
