About the game

What you do in a play session

In Qin, we get to feel like a true Chinese emperor trying to expand our dominion! The objective is simple: colonize the Chinese hinterland, seize territories, and spread your influence by placing landscape tiles and your power pagodas on the board. Each turn, you draw a tile with two landscapes, choose one to place on the grid, and draw another. Created a piece of land with at least two matching spaces? It's yours! You can expand your domains, snatch some territories from friends, and even connect everything to the villages scattered across the map. The big trick is that these connections and dominations give you the chance to place your pagodas. And whoever places all their pagodas first, claims imperial glory! It's a fast-paced, strategic game that requires good hand management to keep opponents from getting ahead. Perfect for those who enjoy an abstract challenge with a touch of territorial conquest, without fuss and with games that finish before the coffee gets cold.
