Get ready to command the major powers of World War II in this strategy game where logistics take center stage! In Quartermaster General, you won't just be moving armies and navies; the secret to victory lies in keeping your supply lines running at full steam and, of course, sabotaging the enemy's. Destroy what they need to fight, and watch their forces surrender!
Each player takes control of one or more countries, either on the Axis or Allied side, aiming to accumulate Victory Points (VPs) for their team. This can be achieved in various ways: by using strategic cards that represent each nation's unique capabilities or by occupying key supply spaces on the map. Wooden army and navy pieces add that tactical touch to the board.
This special edition combines the base game with the Air Marshal expansion, adding an extra layer of complexity and fun. With Air Marshal, you gain 'Bolster' cards that can be played by surprise, changing the tide of battle, and it introduces Air Forces. These can support your land and naval units, as well as pressure enemy troops in adjacent areas. The game lasts 20 rounds, and the team with the most VPs wins. It's a tense game where every decision counts, and coordination among allies is crucial for glory!
