About the game
Ever wondered what it's like to parachute straight into the heart of the Amazon rainforest? In Sobrevivência na Amazônia, that's exactly your starting point. You and your friends play as explorers with specific missions and one common goal: trek through the jungle to reach the rescue point. But don't think of it as a stroll in the park; the jungle is relentless, and you'll need a solid strategy to avoid being left behind.

The movement dynamic is quite engaging: with every step, you choose between three directions (forward, left, or right), and each choice reveals event cards that could be rivers or dense forest. While pushing toward the rescue point, you must manage basic resources—food, water, and wood—to stay alive. The tension ramps up every four rounds when day turns to night, forcing all players to set up camp and rest. If you're lucky (or unlucky), full moon nights trigger magical and mysterious happenings that can shift the game's momentum.

However, the game isn't just about survival; it's about leaving a legacy. You earn extra points by photographing endangered animals and exposing environmental crimes. In other words, the more you help preserve the forest, the higher your chances of winning. The game ends when the first explorer reaches the rescue point (who also gets a speed bonus) or when the 18th round concludes. In the end, the winner is the one who best balanced survival with environmental preservation, totaling their collected resources and positive actions. It's a blend of risk management, exploration, and ecological awareness in a highly immersive thematic package.
