About the game
Imagine being in the middle of the Stone Age. The conditions are far from ideal: food is scarce, rain falls at the worst possible times, and the tribal council is constantly at odds. To improve your people's lives, you've turned to the divine. But here's the catch: you're not the only one with that idea! Neighboring tribes are also building monuments to win the gods' favor. This is where things get intense! The goal is simple yet frantic: stack your rocks to build the tallest tower and, of course, attack your rivals' towers to ensure they don't get there first. Stack & Attack is the perfect 'filler' game to bridge the gap between heavy strategy sessions or to introduce newcomers to the world of strategy gaming without any overwhelming complexity. It blends the best of two worlds: modern deck building and classic direct confrontation. During your turn, you'll spend your action points on three main activities: acquiring rocks and effect cards from the quarry, stacking those rocks on your tower, or launching an attack against a neighbor. The game ends in a fast-paced, explosive manner as soon as someone reaches a tower height of 15 levels or when the quarry deck runs out. It's a high-tempo game where your building strategy must be carefully balanced with the need to sabotage those leading the race. If you enjoy quick games, prehistoric themes, and a touch of chaos caused by opponent attacks, get your rocks ready and prepare for battle!
