About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready to enter the Neutral Zone, where diplomacy has been replaced by total chaos! In Star Trek: Conflick in the Neutral Zone, the Federation and the Klingon Empire are in a frantic race to plunder planets filled with valuable resources. Forget Captain Picard's philosophical debates; here, your aim is what matters! The game uses a highly dynamic flicking mechanic, where you use discs representing your ships to navigate the board. The goal is simple but the execution requires precision: you need to position your collector ships near energy or command point planets to secure your wealth. But don't think it will be easy, because your opponents won't just stand by watching. If you manage to knock an opponent's ship off the board using your attack ships, you gain a command point. It's a constant game of attack and defense, where fleet expansion strategy is vital. Throughout the rounds, you can spend resources to buy more ships and increase your combat strength, ensuring your presence in space is impossible to ignore. However, watch out for obstacles! Your opponents can place asteroids in your way to block your shots and protect their ships, turning the battlefield into a true spatial labyrinth. The tension rises with every flick, as the first player to claim ten command points will be the ultimate winner of the battle for the Neutral Zone. It's a fast-paced game, perfect for those looking for a dose of adrenaline and direct competition without needing a three-hour session. If you love the Star Trek universe and don't mind testing your motor skills, prepare your fleet and good luck in combat!
