In Taco Loco, the concept is wonderfully simple and hilarious: your goal is to stuff as many tacos as possible onto other players! Each participant starts with three cards in hand, and on your turn, you add one of your fillings to a taco already in play. Keep a close eye on the card sum, because if it hits exactly 11, you successfully get rid of that taco by passing it to another player, who then sets it aside out of play. But be careful! If the sum is less than 11, nothing happens and the game continues. However, if you go over 11, the taco has been 'overfilled' and ruined! In this case, you're the one who has to take all the cards from that taco and set them aside.

There's a special move: if you have a card with the same value as the last card played in a taco, you can use it to start a brand-new taco, setting the card aside as its base. The game also features two super special cards to spice things up. The 'legendary taco' card is a wild card that, when played, automatically makes the taco sum 11, allowing you to pass it to someone else. The 'lonesome taco,' on the other hand, is a real lifesaver (or plan-wrecker, depending on which side you're on!): it allows you to reset a taco's sum to 0 or, even better, can be used to counter a 'legendary taco,' forcing the player who played it to take it. The game ends when all cards have been played, and the big winner is whoever has accumulated the fewest ruined tacos. It's a fun race not to be the 'eater' of the round!
