About the game

What you do in a play session

Get your ghost train ready for a spooky city adventure! Ticket to Ride: Ghost Train takes the classic gameplay everyone loves and makes it more accessible for younger players (and those who enjoy quick games!). The goal is simple: collect colorful parade float cards to claim routes between creepy and fun locations, like the Mad Scientist's Lab or the Gingerbread House. Each player starts with a few cards and two secret tickets, which show the two city spots you need to connect. On your turn, you can draw more parade float cards or spend the ones you have to place your little ghost trains on a route. Need to connect the Lab to the Farm? Gather the right color and number of cards to secure the path! If you manage to link the spots on your ticket, flip it over and grab a new challenge. And hey, if things get tight and you can't complete any tickets, don't panic! You can use your whole turn to swap those tickets for easier ones. Plus, whoever builds a train line all the way from the Dark Forest to the Seashore gets a special "trick or treat" bonus! It's guaranteed fun for the whole family, with the quality and charm only Ticket to Ride offers, but with a spooky twist perfect for Halloween-themed parties or introducing board games to newcomers.
