In Tudor, you step into the shoes of a Lord in the court of King Henry VIII during England's tumultuous era. Your goal? To gain prestige and power, naturally! To achieve this, you'll strategically place your Courtiers in the Audience Chambers, each offering unique actions. However, only Courtiers present in a Chamber with your Lord will be able to act. Seats are limited, so expect fierce competition, and you might even get ousted from a spot! The available actions help you acquire Court Cards and move your Courtiers around the Throne Room, collecting Court Tokens that grant prestige. Reaching the top of an important office earns you a Ring, which is placed on your player screen. The placement of these Rings on your fingers signals your intentions to other players and can even boost certain actions. Be wary, as an opponent might seize your office and steal your Ring! The game gets even more engaging with scenario cards that alter the rules and scoring cards that ensure each playthrough is distinct. It's a strategic game with significant player interaction, where the master of courtly intrigue and politics will emerge victorious with the most prestige.
