About the game
What you do in a play session
In UGO!, you're a monarch chasing glory, but your kingdom will only thrive if the farmers are happy. The game blends classic trick-taking with a dash of territory management. Each round starts with a player leading a card, and others must follow suit if possible — the highest card takes the trick. Here's the twist: won cards become territories in your kingdom, but you must arrange them left to right by color. Already have a purple territory? New purple cards stack there. It's like a puzzle that changes every game! Easy to learn, but strategy deepens as you plan which territories to expand. Beware: neglecting farming leaves you with a pretty kingdom but no points. Pro tip: sometimes losing a trick on purpose is the smartest move.
