About the game

What you do in a play session

Weirdwood Manor is a cooperative adventure and fantasy game where you and your friends take on the roles of heroes trying to protect the manor and its ruler, Lady Weirdwood, from a Fae Monster and its minions. The game stands out with its unique temporal mechanic: every action advances time, altering the manor's layout through rotating corridors. This creates a dynamic and challenging experience where time is a precious resource. Players can choose from six asymmetrical characters, each with unique abilities, and face one of three Fae Monsters, each with different mechanics and victory conditions. Gameplay involves hand management, dice rolling, and cooperative strategy, with players needing to work together to defeat the monster before time runs out. Each turn, players use their cards to perform primary actions and can gain additional benefits by exploring different rooms. The Fae Monster also acts after each player's turn, increasing tension and difficulty as the game progresses. With detailed miniatures, a modular board, and an engaging narrative, Weirdwood Manor offers a rich and immersive experience for fans of cooperative and adventure games.
