If you've already built neighborhoods and New Las Vegas in the first 'Welcome To...', get ready because the mission is now much more ambitious: saving humanity by colonizing the Moon! Welcome to the Moon takes the flip-and-write essence we love and elevates the experience by turning the game into a true narrative journey.
Forget the single, isolated match. Here, you face a campaign divided into eight adventure sheets. The basic dynamics remain agile: three card stacks are revealed, creating three different combinations of starship numbers and corresponding actions. All players simultaneously choose which combination they want to use. The number is used to fill spaces on your adventure sheet, always following numerical order, as you race against opponents to complete public missions and ensure the survival of the species.
The big leap here is the variety. Each of the eight adventure sheets introduces different mechanisms, ensuring that the basic Welcome To... concept is constantly reinvented. Furthermore, the choices you make during the campaign aren't just for scoring; they shape the destiny of your journey, altering the next adventure. This means that each campaign will have a different flavor, making the game highly replayable. It is the perfect blend of the simplicity of filling spaces and the depth of a campaign game, all wrapped in a space sci-fi atmosphere that gets anyone excited. If you enjoy the feeling of progression and want something more substantial than a quick coffee-break game, this lunar journey is the way to go.

Do I need to have played the first Welcome To... to understand this one?
It's not mandatory, but it helps you get familiar with the flip-and-write mechanic. The basic rules are similar, but the campaign structure is new.
How long does each match last?
Each adventure takes between 25 and 30 minutes, making the campaign easy to fit into your routine.
Can I play it solo?
Absolutely! The game has solo rules (including the Alexis mode) for those who want to colonize the Moon alone.
Is the game complex?
The weight is low-medium (2.45 on BGG). It's easy to learn, but the strategy of which numbers to pick and how to manage the sheet provides the depth.
Do the paper sheets run out?
Yes, as it's a paper-and-pencil game, the sheets are consumables. Many players use plastic sleeves to be able to erase and play again.
Who do you recommend this game for?
For sci-fi fans, flip-and-write enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys seeing the story evolve between sessions.
