Wench is a fast‑paced social game built around a deck of 52 vividly illustrated cards by Monte Moore – the artist behind Magic, Playboy and DC Comics. Each card carries a traditional poker suit and falls into one of three categories: Stein (table cards), Barley (only playable on your turn) and Wing (can be played at any moment). The goal is simple: get rid of every card in your hand before anyone else. To do that, you must remember which cards opponents have revealed and try to force them to break a rule you’ve set, collecting a penalty that usually means taking a drink or performing a pre‑agreed “punishment.” Each penalty lets you discard a card, bringing you closer to victory. The first player to empty their hand “goes out,” and the player with the most points at the end of the night becomes the Wench – the unlucky one who pays the bill, buys pizza, or takes out the trash. The game blends hand management and memory with plenty of banter and laughs, perfect for laid‑back gatherings. No board is needed, just the cards, and you can swap drinking penalties for goofy challenges if you prefer a sober night. In roughly 25 minutes, for 3‑5 players, Wench offers a chaotic, laugh‑filled experience that’s great for fans of party games with a light strategic twist.
