About the game
What you do in a play session
Prepare for an epic journey in Anunnaki: Dawn of the Gods, a 4X game blending science fiction with ancient mythology! Imagine your ancient alien civilization is searching for a new home, and Earth, with its advanced Atlantean civilization, is the target. But don't be fooled, other Anunnaki factions also covet this planet, and only one will emerge victorious. Each player commands a different House, whose leaders are revered as gods by the humans. You'll build bases, recruit armies, embody deities, explore the vast territory, develop innovative technologies, and, of course, engage in conflict! Signing trade contracts and defeating both native forces and rival armies will be crucial steps to dominating Atlantis and its treasures. The game rewards immediate victory points for your actions and offers significant end-game bonuses based on secret objectives. The starred action selection system is one of the great highlights: you can follow pre-defined sequences to reincarnate your gods or choose to sacrifice some deities for more freedom and to select the most advantageous actions each turn. With a strong focus on strategy and minimal luck, Anunnaki is a treat for those who enjoy complex and immersive games, featuring incredible miniatures and an uncommon theme.
