About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready to dive headfirst into Avalon: Big Box, a souped-up edition of the acclaimed social deduction game! If you enjoy that atmosphere of distrust and bluffing, where nobody knows who's on the right side, this game is for you. Here, you and your friends will be divided between the loyal servants of King Arthur, fighting for honor, and the followers of the villain Mordred, plotting to sabotage missions. Each round, you'll vote to decide who will embark on the dangerous quests, but the big question is: who to trust? The tension heats up because if the evil team manages to sabotage three missions, or if they take care of Merlin at the end, it's game over, the kingdom falls!

The Big Box brings the classic experience of The Resistance: Avalon with a GIANT upgrade. There are 23 different characters and a ton of optional modules that ensure every game is a new adventure. Think Lancelot, Excalibur, Plot Cards, Sorcerers, Rogues, Messengers, the Lunatic, the Brute, the Revealer, the Cleric, the Trickster, and the Deceiver – all of this to make the game even more chaotic and fun. With so many options, replayability is almost infinite, keeping the tension high and the discussions heated. It's the perfect game to liven up parties and gather your friends to test your persuasion and detective skills.
