Bloc by Bloc: The Insurrection Game — Soundtrack

In Bloc by Bloc: The Insurrection Game, you dive headfirst into an urban insurrection inspired by real 21st-century protest movements. Get ready to control one of the revolutionary factions – Workers, Students, Neighbors, or Prisoners – and confront the State in the streets of a city that changes with each game, thanks to a randomly generated modular board. Your objective is clear: build barricades, clash with riot cops, occupy strategic districts, loot shopping centers, and, above all, liberate the city before time runs out and the military arrives to crush the revolt. The game unfolds over up to 10 rounds, each representing a night. During the nighttime phase, each player performs 3 to 5 actions, such as looting, occupying, attacking, or barricading, using dice and their blocs in the city. Loot cards can boost your plays. After all factions' actions, the police respond, controlled by a deck and the Police Morale level. In the sunrise phase, the police counter-attack, and factions have a chance to liberate districts. Although the State and police are common enemies, and cooperation is vital for the success of the social insurrection (occupying all districts), each faction has its own secret agenda. While most seek a collective victory, some may have vanguardist or nihilist objectives, seeking individual victory and secretly sabotaging the common effort. This dynamic of cooperation with a touch of betrayal makes Bloc by Bloc a tense and twist-filled game.
