The game is easy to learn: you draw a terrain tile and fit it with the ones already played, connecting roads to roads, cities to cities, and so on. The twist is that after placing the tile, you can assign one of your meeples (your followers) to one of the features: a knight in a city, a robber on a road, a monk in a cloister, or a farmer in the field. When these areas are completed, your meeples score points! The big question is: is it worth using your last meeple on a risky move, or should you use the tile to hinder your opponent? Decisions are quick but full of strategy.
