Deck the Tactics R is a board game that blends card strategy, grid movement, and team play. Each match starts with you picking a profession – warrior, mage, thief, or another – and receiving a basic deck that represents that character's abilities. The board is a 6x6 grid and each player controls a special piece that moves across it. To attack, you must line up the correct range and play the right card; if you hit, you reduce the opponent's HP to zero and win. The deck construction mechanic lets you mix cards from different professions to create a unique and powerful deck after mastering the mode. The game offers three modes: individual survival battles, asymmetrical 1v2 boss fights, and 2v2 team duels. Each mode requires different strategies: in teams, coordinated attacks are essential; in asymmetrical play, card choices become even more tense. Playtime ranges from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on player count and deck complexity. While the rulebook is short, the learning curve can be steep because the combination of movement, cards, and positioning demands constant attention.
