Get ready for Excalibohn, the souped-up version of the classic Bohnanza! If you enjoy planting, harvesting, and, of course, making shrewd trades, prepare for an even more magical experience. Instead of just regular beans, here players deal with cards that have special powers. Each bean has its number, indicating how many copies are in the deck, and the order in your hand is sacred – no rearranging! You plant one or two beans per turn, and if you need to make space, you know what to do: harvest what you have to earn coins. But the real highlight is negotiation: you can trade not only the beans in your hand but also those about to be planted or harvested. And the best part? You can even promise future deals! After trading, you draw new cards, adding them to the back of your hand. Harvesting yields coins based on the number of beans and the specific chart for each type. When the deck runs out, it's shuffled twice before the game ends. Excalibohn adds an extra layer with the beans' magical powers and special cards you can use in a dedicated phase of your turn. Whoever accumulates the most coins at the end wins!
