Hey everyone! Ready for a wild race for the galactic throne? In Galactic Emperor, the previous emperor had a rather sudden 'farewell,' creating a power vacuum that you and your rivals, the Planetary Dukes, are eager to fill. Each player starts with their own space sector and a home planet, but soon the entire galaxy is up for grabs. And to make things worse (or better, depending on your perspective!), the central Omega Sun is on the verge of collapse, further accelerating the chaos!
The game unfolds over several rounds, and within each round, the magic happens through role selection. There are roles like Explorer, Steward, Merchant, Engineer, Warlord, Regent, and Scientist. Everyone gets a turn to act during each role, discovering planets, gathering resources, building fleets of ships, and, of course, going head-to-head with enemies to turn them into cosmic dust! It's a fierce competition where every decision counts towards accumulating the victory points needed to become the new Galactic Emperor. If you enjoy empire-building games with a touch of conflict and a dash of dice-rolling luck, this space adventure is for you. Get ready for plenty of negotiation, temporary alliances, and epic battles in pursuit of intergalactic supremacy!

How long does a game take to play?
A game of Galactic Emperor typically lasts around 90 minutes, as indicated on the box. This can vary slightly depending on the number of players and their familiarity with the game.
How many players is the game for?
