About the game

What you do in a play session

In Hasp, you and your teammate take on the roles of Zura's children, tasked with gathering essential items for the village's important adults. Someone needs roots for the cook, plants for the medicine woman, precious stones for the inventor, and even bones for the shaman! It's a race against time and opponents to prove who the best gatherer is.

The game unfolds in trick-taking rounds, where each player plays a card. In four-player matches, you'll form pairs and compete over seven tricks per round. The key twist is that simply playing your cards well isn't enough; you need to predict the outcome of each round! If you and your partner correctly guess who will win the tricks, the points go to your team. But beware! A wrong prediction can mean handing victory points over to the opposing team. The first team to accumulate 12 points claims the glory and wins the game.

Hasp is a fast-paced game, with matches lasting between 20 and 30 minutes, perfect for those who enjoy a dose of bluffing and team strategy. Communication (or lack thereof, depending on your strategy!) with your partner is crucial. Will you be able to read each other's signals and outwit your opponents? Get ready to bet high and, perhaps, bluff your way to your duo's victory!
