The game throws you headfirst into a scenario where cooperation is vital, but trust can be a luxury. After all, that bite on the girl's arm... is she okay? And your friend who looks a bit pale? Paranoia is real, and you might have to make tough decisions to ensure the group's survival. The game is packed with components to immerse you in this escape: a large survivor-style board, 30 personalized standup counters for characters and zombies, 6- and 8-sided dice, 93 cards, and many items to represent weapons and general objects. Additionally, there are 7 customized character sheets and a comprehensive rulebook that includes several side quests, expanding the main experience. There are three possible escape routes – land, sea, and air – but each has its own conditions and limitations, such as the need for a pilot for the air route or the chance that the transport may have already left. And along the way, prepare for more zombies, hidden areas that reveal new dangers and obstacles, and the opportunity to loot buildings for weapons, equipment, and medkits. But beware: zombies are always lurking, ready to corner you, hit you, and of course, bite you! And a bite could mean infection... do your teammates really need to know?
