About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready for a trip to 1930s Bucharest, where danger lurks around every corner. Killer, Predă-te! is a social deduction game that elevates the classic 'killer' party game experience by adding a strategic layer: each player holds two role cards, meaning losing one doesn't necessarily knock you out of the game. With three factions in conflict—the Killers, the Town, and the unpredictable Chaos—the power dynamics shift constantly. While the Killers try to match the number of Townspeople to win, the Town must identify and eliminate the villains before it's too late. The Chaos faction, meanwhile, has its own agenda, like the Jester, who wins by getting voted out of the table!

The game flows through day and night cycles. During the night, the Narrator manages special actions: killers strike, while roles like the Thief or the Saboteur move cards around and mess with the game state. At dawn, the Narrator reveals the casualties, and the day phase brings the real heat: intense discussions, accusations, and voting to eliminate suspects. It’s a treat for those who love high-stakes social interaction and that 'who is lying to me?' vibe.

A brilliant feature is the Narrator's one-use power cards, which can flip the game on its head at critical moments. If you're new to the genre, the game includes a 'Quick' mode with just one role per player to make learning easier. There’s also an optional companion app that guides the Narrator through the night phase, keeping things smooth without requiring them to memorize every step. It’s a robust party game, perfect for large groups of 6 to 12 people, where your silver tongue and ability to read your friends' reactions are your most powerful weapons. Don't expect a quiet game; expect noise, laughter, and plenty of betrayal at the table!
