Mirianth is a kingdom ravaged by endless wars against terrible monsters, where nations are split by personal interests. In Mirianth Wars, each player builds their own faction, trying to win the loyalty of warriors, construct dwellings ranging from simple huts to lavish castles, uncover valuable treasures, and prepare for epic battles. The game unfolds in three distinct phases. During the negotiation phase, players trade cards in intense rounds, bargaining resources and promises; if no agreement is reached, the dreaded plague deck is drawn, delivering purely random outcomes. Next, in the resolution phase, each player arranges their cards, housing heroes in residences to avoid them wandering off, and then faces the monsters. Combat can destroy houses, steal treasures, or kill heroes, demanding careful defensive planning. Finally, the scoring phase tallies surviving heroes, preserved treasures, and defeated monsters to determine the final score. The game balances strategy, diplomacy, and a dash of luck, offering an experience where negotiation skill can save or doom your faction. With a light weight (2.33) and playtime of 40‑60 minutes, Mirianth Wars appeals to both card‑game enthusiasts and fans of negotiation tactics and trust dilemmas.
