About the game

What you do in a play session

Monopoly Chance turns the classic property‑racing game into a fast‑paced 20‑minute card‑flipping showdown, swapping the big board for decks of cards. Each player gets a token deck packed with Cash cards, Bankrupt cards and a few strategic cards that grant momentary edges. On your turn you roll the die and may flip up to that many cards, deciding whether to stop early or push your luck. If you end the turn with a decent cash total, you place those cards on the board’s property spaces; stopping early helps you avoid a Bankrupt card that would wipe out your turn. When multiple cash piles vie for the same property, the player whose top card is highest claims the land and adds a building to their skyline. The game runs for several rounds until the decks are exhausted, and the player with the longest skyline – the most buildings – wins. Core components include the property board, four 20‑card decks, eight Chance cards, 32 building pieces and a die. The experience is a constant risk/reward dance: you can lock in a modest profit by playing it safe, or gamble for a big payday while a single Bankrupt card can ruin you. The Push Your Luck mechanic dovetails with Set Collection, as you gather cash cards to complete properties and build your skyline. Rules are straightforward, the learning curve is low, and the game delivers Monopoly‑style thrills in a fraction of the time.
