Anyone can trigger "The Swarming" by discarding any card, whether it's their first or second action of the turn, or even after passing. The cool part is that when it's activated, all players (including the one who initiated it) can choose to gain 1 honey. And here's where it gets interesting: for each player who took honey, the player who triggered the action can place one drop directly onto the tile where the Bee is currently located. After all this buzz, the "The Swarming" action card is removed from play, as it can only be triggered once per game.
