About the game

What you do in a play session

Saddle up your mount and get your ingredient bag ready, because the race in Quedlinburg is about to begin! In "Mit Quacks & Co. nach Quedlinburg", you'll build your own bag of tokens, drawing from it to advance on the track and collect resources. Each turn is a gamble: you pull a token from your bag and place it on your animal board. Colored tokens make you advance on the track and give you rewards – rubies with red ones, random bonuses with yellow, extra turns with green, or extra movement with blue. But watch out for dream tokens! Drawing the third one forces you to use your rubies to buy new tokens and power up your bag (remember not to pick two of the same color!). The fun comes from building your engine, the excitement of each draw, and the race to cross the finish line first. With a double-sided board for short or long races and special tokens that add new abilities, plus interchangeable action boards, each game offers a renewed challenge. It's a lighter and more accessible version of the famous "The Quacks of Quedlinburg", perfect for introducing kids (and adults!) to the joys of engine building and risk management. If you enjoy racing games with a touch of luck and plenty of light strategy, this medieval adventure with cute animals is for you!
