About the game
Get ready for an alchemical adventure with The Quacks of Quedlinburg MegaBox, which brings together the base game and the 'The Herb Witches' and 'The Alchemists' expansions in a single box! Here, you and your friends take on the roles of charlatans, each tasked with creating the most potent and valuable potion in Quedlinburg. The trick? You'll be adding ingredients one by one to your pot, drawing them from a secret bag. The higher the value of the token you pull, the further it advances in your cauldron, increasing the value of your concoction. But beware! This is a race against bad luck: add too many 'cherry bombs' and your potion will explode, forcing you to choose between victory points or coins at the end of the round. If you're successful, you earn both, plus you can buy better ingredients for your bag, optimizing your chances for future rounds. With each of the nine rounds, the tension builds as everyone tests their limits. Whoever accumulates the most victory points at the end will be crowned the best 'quack' in Quedlinburg! The expansions add extra layers of fun: 'The Herb Witches' introduces witches with unique powers to use once per game and new ingredient books, while 'The Alchemists' brings in elements like nightmares, obsession, and hysteria, plus a new laboratory player board, elevating complexity and strategy.
