About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready for a card game that flips the genre on its head! In Quattro Trick-Taking, you'll play cards into tricks as usual, but the real twist is that everyone has a different scoring method. Forget the classic fight for the highest card; here, the challenge is to decipher your friends' crazy goals and, of course, achieve your own! There are four rounds, and in each one, a new bidding method comes into play. You can bet on colors, on card sums, on colors and ranks you *don't* want to use, or even on wild conditions like 'take two 7s' or 'win a trick with a 4-6'. The deck has four suits, numbered 1-12, with red always ruling as trump. Basic rules like following suit apply, but the real fun lies in navigating others' intentions while trying to close your own deal. It's a light strategy game, but with twists that will make you laugh (and maybe despair a little). Perfect for those who enjoy a good card game with a touch of unpredictability and unique powers that change everything each round.
